Healthcare Trainers Network was established by our Founder and CEO David Inglis (Trainer Dave) following three decades of designing training programmes within the healthcare sector.

David has developed training resources used by tens of thousands of trainers over the years. It has been through this work that he was invited to provide his expertise in the Philippines when the government there moved towards a competence-based approach to healthcare training. David has also provided guidance and support for many videos used within the care sector, including a major video focusing on care provided by ‘Personal Assistants’ funded by Skills for Care.

Dave works with trusted like-minded professionals to ensure that an ethical, honest, and compliant service was established and maintained. The establishment of the Healthcare Trainers Network has ensured the legacy Dave is keen to leave the healthcare training profession.
