The intention of ‘Legacy’ is to assist as many healthcare trainers as possible through the Healthcare Trainers Network. Due to constraints on his time and the desire to ensure a quality service, Dave will only personally be providing mentoring and hands on support to a limited number of trainers / healthcare providers. To assist the many healthcare trainers, he will not be able to personally interact with, he is ensuring they can access some of his training resources. He will regularly be providing free training resources for those who are in the network through social media or who have signed up for updates on the website.

This is just one of the free resources for healthcare trainers / mentors that is being provided. For the whole of 2024 we are providing access to Dave's compilation of Training Subject Specific Word Searches.
The resources consist of a compilation of word searches. The process used is to provide a pen and simple word search linked to the session a trainer is about to deliver to each learner when they arrive at the venue. This has shown to engaged learners immediately and facilitates a mix of learners from different workplaces communicating with each other as they search out the words.
